Calls several times during the week, but disconnects immediately after the third ring, apparently trying to avoid an answering machine. Worst part, it calls early on Sunday morning. The caller claims to be doing fund raising for the Cook County Police (Illinois).

Apex Financial has left three messages in the past six weeks for a relative to call them back. (A common name) The last time it was from an 800 number. I have spoken with the relative and I'm assured he/she has no late or unpaid debts nor are they hiding their location. This outfit is fishing for something.

Barely understandable. Asked him why he was using my cell phone minutes, he immediately hung up.
